Philip has spent his career focused on wealth management. He advises his clients in the areas of tax, estate, and retirement planning. His typical clients are high net worth individuals and family owned businesses.
Phil received his Bachelors of Arts degree from The City College of New York and his Masters of Business Administration with a major in Public Accounting from The Bernard M. Baruch College. He is licensed in the state of New York.
Prior to merging with the firm in 2006, Phil was senior tax partner of the accounting firm of Gilbert & Levy, LLP. He began his career in 1973 with the international accounting firm of Price Waterhouse & Co. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Phil has previously served on the board for the Plainview Jewish Center and the Nassau Suffolk School for Autistic Children.
Phil lives in Plainview with his wife Risa. They are the proud parents of three children and have two grandchildren. He enjoys travel and golf.
