Kenneth focuses his career on providing services for small businesses. His areas of expertise include tax planning for businesses and individuals, estate and financial planning, real estate and 1031 exchanges, investment management companies, and professional service businesses. He assists numerous clients with the introduction and implementation of accounting software to their organizations.
Ken is an alumnus of SUNY Albany School of Business, where he graduated with honors. He is licensed in the state of New York and is a registered securities representative, holding NASD series 6 and 63 licenses.
Ken has given seminars on the use of QuickBooks and has worked on many different not-for-profit engagements including schools, foundations, trade associations, and has supervised audits for hedge funds, 401K plans, and small business.
Prior to merging with the firm in 2007, Ken was the managing partner at the firm Roberts, Rick & Moses, LLP. He has been a practicing Certified Public Accountant for over 25 years. Ken serves as a co-chair of the Small Firm MAP Committee of the Nassau Chapter of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Ken is married and has three daughters. He is also very active in various local charities.
