David  provides personal service compliance, financial and business management services, audits for not-for-profit arts organizations, tax consulting and preparations and accounting advising and consulting to a number of businesses. David is also the senior partner in the New York City office and is responsible for overseeing the office operations.

David received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Hunter College, CUNY, and a Masters of Business Administration degree in Public Accounting from Baruch College, CUNY. David is licensed in the state of New York.

David has been quoted, interviewed and referenced in several publications including has spoken before industry and professional groups on accounting and tax topics Theatre Week, The Wall Street Journal and the New York Daily News. He and was a guest speaker at an Internal Revenue Service national conference on entertainment and sports.

David has also appeared on television news and has written articles for Billboard magazine and FYI on not-for-profit accounting that were re-printed in several arts publications nationwide. He has 40 years of experience, focusing on areas of entertainment and the arts.  He is a past chairman of the State’s Society Large and Medium Sized Firms Practice Management committee as well as past chairman of its Entertainment and Sports committee. He served on the Local Practitioners Committee and the General Committee on Accounting and Auditing and Directors, and was former Director and Treasurer of the Alliance of New York State Arts organizations. He actively participates as a member of the Board of Directors of the Arts Action Alliance and Board of Governors of the Accounting Forum.

David lives in Westchester with his wife and two children.
