While Aaron Goldstein has broad knowledge of the accounting and business advisory fields, his practice focuses largely on retail supermarkets and supermarket chains. Many of his loyal, long-time clients launched their businesses with “mom and pop” corner stores, and Aaron has played a guiding role and been with them every step of the way as these stores have grown into thriving chains. He helps clients with new acquisitions, business growth management and overall business direction, and he acts as a trusted family advisor during transitions to a second generation.
Aaron is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the New York State Society of CPAs. Prior to joining Janover LLC in 2015 with his colleagues from Liss Okun & Associates, he was with Sam Gellin & Co., CPAs and, later, with Liss, Knee & Okun, CPAs, where he became a partner. He received his bachelor’s degree from Brooklyn College and attended graduate business school at Baruch College. In his leisure time, he enjoys family activities.
