Gianluca has been with Janover for 5 years and has over 15 years of tax experience. Gianluca leads Janover’s Commercial Business group and is a member of the tax practice committee. He specializes in several key areas, including tax compliance, consulting & planning, succession planning, dealing with tax authorities, and multi-state taxation, among others. His experience spans across several industries including manufacturing and distribution, retail, real estate, construction, food & beverage, middle market & closely held businesses, and high net worth individuals.
On top of his client duties, Gianluca provides internal training to professional staff members, serving as a mentor to more junior staff members. He has been called upon to speak on the topic of tax matters to several professional societies, including the National Conference of Certified Public Accountant Practitioners and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Gianluca has also taken an active role in the Janover webinar initiative and has spoken at several virtual events.
Gianluca received his Master of Science in Taxation and his B.S. in Accounting from SUNY at Old Westbury. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Gianluca was recently named a board member of the Grenville Baker Boys & Girls Club. In his free time, Gianluca enjoys spending time with his family, construction projects and watching sports.
