Barry’s specialties include:

Prior to joining Janover, he previously served as a CFO of a NYSE company, an experience that benefits Janover clients with a unique “inside look” into financial matters.
Barry is a discussion leader on many tax topics to various state societies including advanced partnership taxation and flow-through entities. Also, he writes tax articles on advanced tax planning techniques for closely held businesses.
Barry received his B.S. degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University and earned his M.S. degree in taxation from Pace University.
He is licensed in New York State and Connecticut. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the New York State and Connecticut Societies of Certified Public Accountants.
