Our Garden City, NY location, which has over 100 professionals, is seeking a bright and organized full-charge bookkeeper with excellent client relations skills to manage a variety of accounting and bookkeeping services for our clients. Responsibilities consist of handling our client’s day to day financial administration, including:
- Telephone contact with clients, vendors, customers and other advisors
- Bookkeeping including bill paying, recording deposits of wages and fees, payroll, and some billing;
- A/P & A/R
The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Office. Prior bookkeeping experience, along with experience payroll taxes experience, and banking is essential. Good communication skills, attention to organization and detail coupled with an eagerness to learn are a must.
