Janover is proud to announce Christopher Zingalli, CPA and Gianluca Carrabs, CPA, MST, have completed ConvergenceCoaching’s Spring 2022 Transformational Leadership Program™ (TLP). This intensive, year-long program is intended to help emerging leaders understand their strengths and opportunities for improvement. Through in-depth assessments, in-person workshop experiences, online self-study, interactive webinars, coaching sessions and a project of their choice, participants learn advanced leadership skills as well as how to build a strategic and compassionate leadership methodology.
Chris leads the firm’s Digital Advisory and Consulting groups. Since joining the firm four years ago and becoming a Partner earlier this year, Chris provides a variety of accounting and advisory services to clients, including enhanced visual reporting, business intelligence and advanced analytics dashboard development. Chris has also been instrumental in creating and leading Janover’s COVID-19 Task Force where he advises businesses on the complexities of the Employee Retention Credit, Paycheck Protection Program and other relief programs.
Gianluca leads Janover’s Commercial Business Group, serves as a member of the tax practice committee and is a leading tax expert and educator at the firm. He became a Partner earlier this year and over the past four years at the firm, Gianluca has specialized in tax compliance, consulting & planning, succession planning, dealing with tax authorities, and multi-state taxation, among others. He has been a speaker on tax matters for several professional societies.
