We would like to bring to your attention another scam targeting businesses and business owners. If you have received an official looking document regarding 2014 Annual Corporate Minutes that asks you to send $125.00 to the Department of Business and Compliance, please do not do so. Although it looks official, this is not a government form and this filing is not required. The only document, other than tax returns that a business must regularly file is a biennial statement or corporate report depending on your state of organization.
