Dominic has worked in accounting for 20 years and leads Janover’s Professional Services group among other key firm initiatives. Working primarily with privately-held businesses across multiple industries, he helps clients satisfy their financial-reporting requirements successfully by providing assurance, tax, and other advisory services. As a key leader at Janover, Dominic has been a driving force behind developing and shaping our award-winning firm culture and employee engagement practices. Crain’s has previously recognized Janover as a 2021 Best Place to Work in New York City.
Dedicated to his community, Dominic serves in an advisory role to the Audit Committee of Solutions Journalism Network, is the Treasurer for Circle School and sits on the Board of Governors for the Accountants Club of America. Dominic is a member of the AICPA and the NYSSCPA, serving as Chair of the NYSSCPA Large & Medium Sized Firms Practice Management Committee and past chair of the NYSSCPA’s Employee Benefits Committee and CFO Committee.
