Janover Welcomes Chris Roberts as Chief Talent Officer

Janover is pleased to announce that Chris Roberts has joined the firm as Chief Talent Officer. In this newly created role, Chris will be responsible for all aspects of talent acquisition, talent management and development, organizational planning, and employee engagement for the firm, as well as overseeing Janover’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives. “As the competition for premier talent in the Public Accounting space becomes more challenging, we are very excited about the deep expertise that Chris brings to lead our efforts in attracting and retaining world-class professionals at all levels of the firm,” said Andrew Ferrigno, Janover’s Chief of Staff.

With over 20 years in HR within national and global organizations, Chris brings his passion for creating and implementing talent solutions that enable people and businesses to thrive. Throughout his career, he has focused on ensuring everyone has the experiences, learning, mentoring, and resources needed for optimal performance and career growth.

“Chris is the first Chief Talent Officer at Janover and we are thrilled he has joined our team,” said Janover Managing Partner Mark Goodman. “His ability to align business and talent strategies while creating an environment where our people can innovate, learn, and achieve their career goals will elevate our firm to a new level. Chris will be instrumental in advancing the firm’s talent strategies as we evolve our services.”

In addition to overseeing talent initiatives for Janover, Chris will be available as a trusted resource, thought partner, and advisor to support Janover’s Partner and Executive groups on establishing and executing successful talent and human capital strategies.

Chris received his BA and post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of the West of England. He earned his Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certificate from HRCI and is a member of the CIPD, a professional body for HR and people development.
