Michael O’Brien has over 25 years of international tax experience. Prior to joining Janover, he worked for big 4 firms in both London and New York. Specializing in providing tax services for High Net Worth Individuals, Professional Services, Family & Closely Held Businesses and Sports, Art & Entertainment, Michael partners with clients to help them navigate challenges and take advantage of opportunities.
Before joining the Janover team, Dana White practiced law for over 20 years. She specializes in trusts and estates, business succession planning, tax compliance and asset protection for high net worth individuals and their families. Through her experience in the legal field, Dana is helping Janover integrate its estate planning objectives and assist clients through her vast experience in trust and estate planning.
Michael Benguigui joins Janover with 15 years of experience providing tax compliance, tax saving opportunities and transactional support services to various businesses and High Net Worth Individuals. As part of the firm’s real estate group, he works with real estate owners and operators, real estate funds, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and contractors. Michael’s many years of experience allow him to successfully assist clients with minimizing the tax implications of restructuring debt and workouts, help plan and structure investments and advise on equity reorganization of real estate partnerships.
