As the leader of a firm with more than 180 professional and support staff members, Mark brings a businessman’s perspective, unique among accountants, to his work with clients. His practice focuses primarily on tax planning and consulting for high net worth individuals and their businesses, and he has advised clients on tax structuring and due diligence for more than 100 mergers and acquisitions. Mark is also skilled at moderating negotiations and conflicts.
Mark is actively involved in the community, serving on the advisory board of the Cohen Children’s Medical Center and as a former president and current trustee of the Children’s Medical Fund of New York. He is a member of the New York City Metro Chapter of the Young President’s Organization.
