Christopher Zingalli, CPAPrincipal
Christopher Zingalli is a Principal and member of the assurance and the advisory/consulting practices at Janover LLC. Chris spearheads many of Janover’s new consulting offerings which include a new business intelligence and advanced analytics practice, focusing on providing clients customized dashboards to improve reporting and help them gain valuable insights into their businesses’ operational and financial data. Additionally, Chris leads a process improvement offering whereby his team takes steps to assist clients in developing more effective and efficient internal reporting with the goal of eliminating clients’ biggest pain points in their reporting processes.
As one of the firm’s newest leaders, Chris, in conjunction with PhD students from a local university, is leading numerous research projects, incorporating artificial intelligence, machine learning and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) into accounting with the goal of creating more streamlined & efficient audits as well as opening the door to future service offerings for the firm.
Chris is also a member of the firm’s Cannabis Practice group, specializing in the development of multi-vertical financial modes for clients as part of their cannabis license application process across various states.
Prior to joining Janover, Chris worked in the Transaction Advisory Services, Transaction Support group at a Big 4 accounting firm where he advised corporate and private equity buyers and sellers on mergers and acquisitions in the financial services space.
Chris earned a B.S. in Accountancy from Bentley University and received a Master of Science in Accountancy from Bentley University’s McCallum Graduate School of Business. Chris is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and is an active member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accounts, serving as chair of the Technology Assurance Committee.
In his free time, Chris does graphic design and has built an enthusiastic following on social media through his artwork.
