Christopher Zingalli, CPAPartner
Chris is a Partner at Janover with over ten years of public accounting experience. As a leader of Janover’s Digital Advisory and Consulting groups, he and his team provide clients a variety of “non-traditional” accounting and advisory services such as enhanced visual reporting, business intelligence and advanced analytics dashboard development, financial modeling, transaction advisory, forecasting and cash flow analysis, among many others.
As an extension of his leadership role of the Consulting department, Chris has been instrumental in creating Janover’s COVID-19 Task Force. Chris, as Partner-in-Charge, and his team have advised and continue to advise businesses on navigating the complexities of the CARES Act and realizing the benefits from the Employee Retention Credit, Paycheck Protection Program and other relief programs.
Prior to joining Janover, Chris worked in the Transaction Advisory Services, Transaction Support, group at a Big 4 accounting firm where he advised corporate and private equity buyers and sellers on mergers and acquisitions in the financial services space. During that time, he led strategic and private equity transactions and focused on pre-acquisition due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side engagements.
Chris earned a B.S. in Accountancy from Bentley University and received a Master of Science in Accountancy from Bentley University’s McCallum Graduate School of Business. Chris is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is an active member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, having served as chair of the Technology Assurance Committee.
In his free time, Chris does graphic design and has built an enthusiastic following on social media through his artwork.
