
Martin A. Edelstein, CPA, JD, LLM, Esq., is a Senior Tax Manager in Janover’s New York City office, where he focuses on tax controversy matters as well as select compliance. He has over 40 years of experience across a variety of practice areas including individual, partnership, corporate, estates and trusts, as well as international taxation.
Martin earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brooklyn College, a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School and an LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law. He has been admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Supreme Court.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of CPAs and numerous state and local bar associations. Martin is licensed to practice public accounting in New York. He enjoys comedy and the N.Y. Mets during his downtime
