Janover Rubinroit merger unlocks Big Apple dreams Garden City-based accounting firm Janover Rubinroit has merged with Rosenzweig and Maffia, a Manhattan-based firm specializing in entertainment, theater arts and sports accounting. The deal will give Janover its first New York City presence.The combined firm will have a staff of 62, 10 more than Janover alone, and will operate under the Janover Rubinroit name. While Rosenzweig and Maffia’s 845 Third Ave. office will remain in its current location, it will be renamed later this year. “Joining with Rosenzweig & Maffia continues the program of expansion that is making Janover Rubinroit one of the New York area’s leading providers of accounting and financial advisory services to individual and business clients,” said Managing Partner Michael Goodman. He said the firm’s entertainment industry clients would also benefit from Rosenzweig’s specialization in that field.
