Ryan Glasco, CPA is a Director at Janover with more than 10 years of public accounting experience. Serving as a trusted advisor, he helps clients create and implement creative tax strategies to minimize their liabilities and realize better cash flow.
He primarily provides tax and consulting services to closely-held businesses and high net worth individuals, with a specialty in Real Estate and Cannabis. On the Real Estate front, Ryan has helped his clients with numerous 1031 exchanges, refinances, and all things tax compliance and planning related. Ryan also works hands-on with cannabis multistate operators, brands and retailers on various issues from tax planning and structuring to tax compliance and reporting, with specific detail to IRC Section 280E.
Ryan graduated from Caldwell University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA).
